By accessing or using PartnershipDNA™ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
PartnershipDNA™ is a partnership operating system that provides tools for structuring, governing, and managing business partnerships. The Platform includes document generation, blueprint design, governance tools, performance analytics, and related features.
We offer a 14-day free trial with full platform access at Advisor or Company level. During the free trial:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, or to upload harmful or malicious content.
PartnershipDNA™ and all associated content, trademarks, and technology are the intellectual property of the Platform operator. Documents you create using the Platform belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to process your data for the purpose of delivering the service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant Australian jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
