The 14-day free trial is completely free of charge. No payment is taken during the trial period, so no refund applies.
Monthly subscription fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable. However, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscribers on their first payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund is available for the remaining unused period. You may continue to use the Platform until the end of your billing period.
If you cancel your subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
We may grant exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion in cases of documented extenuating circumstances. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
To request a refund, email billing@partnershipdna.com with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
