Data Management Policy


1. Data We Hold

PartnershipDNA™ stores partnership-related data you create including: organisation details, project records, partnership blueprints, governance records, documents, team member information, and associated metadata.

2. Data Ownership

You own all data you create on the Platform. We process your data solely to deliver the service. We do not claim ownership of your partnership documents or business data.

3. Data Location

Your data is stored on servers located in Australia. We do not transfer your data outside Australia except where necessary to deliver the service (e.g. email delivery services), and only under appropriate data transfer safeguards.

4. Data Access Controls

Access to your data within the Platform is governed by role-based permissions you configure. Only users you invite and assign roles to can access your organisation's data. Our staff access your data only for support purposes with your consent.

5. Data Backup

We perform automated daily backups of all Platform data. Backups are retained for 30 days. In the event of data loss, we will restore from the most recent backup available.

6. Data Export

You may export your data at any time from the Platform. Paid subscribers can export data in structured formats (PDF, CSV). Data export for trial accounts is available for 30 days after trial expiry.

7. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Deletion is processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. billing records for tax purposes).

8. Third-Party Processors

We use the following categories of third-party data processors: email delivery services, payment processors, analytics tools, and cloud hosting providers. All processors are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

9. Security Incident Response

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
